A source manufacturer of acrylic foam tape and industrial adhesive products, based in Yongzhou, Hunan — from polymer design and pilot sampling to volume production, all in house.

The company in six points

Founded in June 2020 with registered capital of RMB 20 million; located in the Derun New Materials Industrial Park, Xintian County, Yongzhou, Hunan, on a 130-mu site.
The group entered the tape industry in Dongguan, Guangdong in 2011 — with end-to-end capability from polymer design and pilot sampling to volume production.
More than 20 coating and supporting lines, including 12 acrylic foam tape (HBA) lines; annual foam tape capacity of around 4 million m².
Core product: acrylic foam tape (HBA series), alongside PE/EVA foam, PU foam, PET single- and double-sided tape, easy-pull tape and thermally conductive tape.
Customers: manufacturers, die-cut converters and engineering buyers in automotive, electronics (phone / tablet / display modules), curtain wall, elevators, PV and new energy, and appliances.
Holder of 7 invention patents and 10 utility model patents; nano tape market share above 68%.

Company Introduction

Xintian Derun New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating research, production and sales, focused on the application development of acrylic adhesive products (solvent-free adhesives). Products are widely used in automotive, electrical, electronics, apparel and stationery industries.

Located in Xintian County, Yongzhou, Hunan — 400 km from the Pearl River Delta — the company operates 20,000 m² of self-built factory space with multiple high-precision coating lines, and achieved an output value above RMB 200 million in 2019. Through sustained investment in management and R&D systems, the company holds ISO 9001 quality certification, established a Dongguan laboratory, and co-founded a production-research centre with universities.

Building on past investment in research and management, the company has developed a wide range of widely used tape products. To meet growing customer demand, a 100-mu industrial park was built, with more than 80,000 m² of new factory space entering production progressively from the end of 2020. University & Industry Cooperation

The company has established a joint R&D center with South China University of Technology, covering polymer materials, flame retardancy and high performance, functional organic silicon materials, and eco-friendly coatings and adhesives.

Changsha University — Derun UV/EB Curable New Materials Joint Research Center: the joint research center focuses on UV curing, EB electron beam materials, adhesive formulation improvement and new process development, connecting the "lab-to-production-line" innovation chain.
