HBA 48111G Acrylic Foam Tape, 1.1 mm, Grey
HBA 48111G is the 1.1 mm grey grade of Derun's HBA acrylic foam tape series: a closed-cell acrylic foam carrier with acrylic PSA on both sides and a red release liner. Tape thickness 1.2 ± 0.04 mm; 180° peel on steel ≥30 N/24 mm at 20 min and ≥45 N/24 mm at 72 h; loop tack ≥41 N; static shear at 80 °C (1000 g) ≥1440 min; short-term temperature resistance -20 to 120 °C, long-term -20 to 80 °C.

- Low-surface-energy materials such as PP and PE (corona, flame or primer treatment plus testing needed)
- Service above the temperature limit stated in the TDS
- Assemblies requiring damage-free rework (use an easy-pull tape instead)
- Use as the sole connection of a primary load-bearing structural member
