HBA 48105T Acrylic Foam Tape, 0.5 mm, Clear
HBA 48105T is the 0.5 mm clear grade of Derun's HBA acrylic foam tape series: a closed-cell acrylic foam carrier coated on both sides with high-tack acrylic PSA, with a red PE release film. Total thickness 0.6 ± 0.02 mm, standard width 800 mm, 660 m per roll, peel adhesion ≥2.7 kgf/inch, holding power at 80 °C ≥90 min, temperature resistance -10 to 80 °C, easy to die-cut.

- Curtain-wall stiffeners, cladding panels and channel letters
- Assemblies that must fill gaps and absorb vibration and shock
Not suitable / pre-treatment required
- Low-surface-energy materials such as PP and PE (corona, flame or primer treatment plus testing needed)
- Service above the temperature limit stated in the TDS
- Assemblies requiring damage-free rework (use an easy-pull tape instead)
- Use as the sole connection of a primary load-bearing structural member
